Orbit is a science publishing concept designed to make scientific knowledge more accessible to everyday audiences. The challenge was to create a brand that could transform complex scientific topics into content that feels engaging, approachable, and easy to consume.
At the centre of the strategy was the name Orbit—a simple and distinctive idea that reflects exploration, discovery, and the continual pursuit of knowledge. The name provided a strong foundation for a brand built to encourage curiosity and make learning a daily habit.
The visual identity was developed around clarity and accessibility. A system of bold 2D graphic elements, structured layouts, and editorial photography creates a recognisable visual language that balances credibility with engagement. Designed for social-first publishing, the identity enables scientific concepts to be communicated quickly and effectively across digital channels.
The result is a flexible brand system that supports efficient content creation while helping Orbit stand apart from traditional scientific publishers, positioning it as a trusted source of everyday discovery for curious minds.
